The docks developments in Bristol are a superb thing to see from what they were 20 years ago.

They are totally different to Liverpools in that the River was diverted into smaller like roads and basins, so there isnt like a massive stretch like Liverpool has, but the result is just brilliant.

Never been to Bristol but have heard good things, it possibly doesn't get the credit it deserves. Docklands developments look superb and, while I'm refusing to get my hopes up too much just yet (it's Everton), it would be amazing if the new stadium was part of the Liverpool Waters scheme

Bristol that.

There is nothing massive, just looks and feels homely and a nice place to spend time in.

Mind you, the River Avon aint quite the Mersey!

After watching that drone around the area it would just be unlivable to have our stadium built on the banks of the royal blue Mersey.

Oh of course, but as I understand, the Liverpool Waters project doesn't stretch to our proposed new patch, so we could become the neighbouring phase with us front and centre. Would help to ensure the Everton name is attached to the redevelopment of that area.
