I don't at all. I'm just looking at the practicalities of it. We will have a football stadium, designed for football, but you have to consider that Dan Meis likes he idea of flexible arenas. I posted a video on here a few weeks back about him and his ideas.

There's athletics and swimming facilities at Wavertree though I'm not sure whether it's suitable for a games or if they can be upgraded. Maybe there can be a lasting legacy with one of the uni's?

Yeah like Rio did. We can have a cringefest at BM while the action can take place elsewhere in a modest, temporary stadium (maybe Wavertree?)

More Facebook posts this morning from red noses slagging us off and boasting about there shinny new stand. Seriously having to bite my tongue until we get some confirmation on our new stadium.

Hoping this comes through as it will really shut that lot up. Their new stand is like putting an extension on a skip

So I've heard as well as athletics they will want to hold concerts at our new ground... That'll mean having to put a stage in front of one of the goals and players will be tripping over all the cables.... It's a disgrace.... someone needs to do something!!
