It's called keeping the plate spinning. I dont doubt the feller is seriously looking and probing. It's in his business model for Everton, so why wouldn't he?
I just dont buy the 'imminent' announcement malarkey.
Seen it, heard it, got the t-shirt(s).
Bleach cocktails all round in here today. Depressing bunch of clowns need to get out for a walk or a few pints
And you standing there with a semi waiting to get a framed photo signed ye freak

Who has said there is an imminent announcement? In fact, has anybody claimed at any point that they 'know' when an announcement will be happening?
Bit of an over reaction thereEnjoy sitting in a pathetic retail park then mate.
You could even head to Wigan and Bolton games if Everton are playing too far away - you wouldn't be able to tell the difference on your match day experience.
Just you so farYou're out of control.
I'd be surprised if others dont think so too.
It's my impression that the majority of Everton supporters feel so, yes. We've been told about land purchase which indicates a firm green light. That, on the strength of that article from Hunter in the Guardian, suggests it's well wide of the mark.Who has said there is an imminent announcement? Tbf, Esk you said in August that the 'BM dock purchase was COMPLETE'. Other posters on here pointed out the club wouldn't complete without PP and that they would only have a deal done subject to PP. It was also then pointed out that the size and shape of BM dock might not be big enough for a modern stadium and that it would probably need to include Nelson Dock also.As stated many times we have an agreement reached in mid August to acquire BM, Nelson and further land but that is subject to planning permission.
It makes total commercial sense to look at the alternative. Whilst I don't expect any planning problems it is not 100% guaranteed.
Probably nearer to the truth than I dare think about.
It's depressing to think about the amount of time wasted on this stadium issue. Even Mickey Mouse clubs have redeveloped or relocated. Successive regimes have utterly failed this club. I had a hope that Moshiri would break the deadlock, that this was his destiny and the legacy he'd leave. But I can see the usual dance of despair beginning to take shape.
makes me laugh some of the claims regarding size, I'm not saying we need a 30k one but folk talk absolute chuff about our attendances in the past & completely disregard that we haven't had an average over 51k since I think it's 1961
