Moshiri will no doubt be the best thing to happen to this club for a long, long time.

I just dont like the way people have to lie to make him into a Saint.

He didnt pay off Martinez, he isnt paying Koeman and Walsh, he wont be buying us a new stadium, his presence on the other hand will allow or has allowed those things to happen.

31st. May and at least some of those transactions though possibly not the amounts may well be in the Post Balance Sheet events note, as they are material.

Then how many objections need to be satisfied. And for objections, read how many rare newts Kopites can lob into the dock.

I am not 100% familier with the site, but the usual sticking points like nicking light from gardens, noise, traffic, disruption, over development, I really cant seeing being at all relevant.

Traffic will be relevant so I think it's safe to assume that Moshiri's people will have a plan to alleviate any concerns.

My source isn't very reliable but Tiddles seems to think that a monorail is not going to be part of the plan.
