I can plan Evertons new stadium and ask people to draw pretty pictures. either way people keep harping on about the day info will be released and speculating like it's fact.

Reading back, there was some speculation a while ago that this summit could see an announcement. But more recently, Dan Meis said on his own Twitter account when asked that this stadium design summit would be too soon for an announcement. That killed that speculation.

So basically, nothing was ever really expected this week.

It seems looking in from the outside that there's a decent amount going on behind the scenes though. Whether you get an announcement at your AGM who knows, but there's so much smoke there must be a fire what with the site visits, architects on board, councillors and the Mayor talking it up, ITK on this forum from more than one source saying it's happening etc. Whether the stadium proves deliverable is a different question, but it's pretty clear it's definitely being worked on.

Also someway off, but I'm curious how would current ST holders go about securing their seat in the new stadium? Obviously not the West Ham way, but I have no idea how it's been done elsewhere.

I'd have thought it'd be quite easy to translate current seat into the new stadium, with the offer to move should you so wish.
