Hes not a club spiv, hes an independent architect with nothing to gain by linking himself to a project that wont come to fruition.
I fear for you next year David, you will have nothing to whine about, our new stadium will be underway, the club will have made some great January signings and Ronnys blues will be scrapping it out with the elite at the top end of the league.
