Hope so. We knew nothing about Moshiri taking over despite close to 18 months worth of negotiations so no news isn't neccisarily bad news.

Given how bullish Joe Anderson has been and the willingness for the council to get this over the line I'm still hopeful we'll end up on the docks.

I dont know but I have this gut feeling that something isnt quite right
 
Only email address I've ever contacted the club through is the box office and I'm not sure Tracy from Customer support has enough influence on the stadium negotiations lol


I know that's the point, we will know when the club is in a position to tell us so no point in saying else till then.

AGM would be the correct forum to get the info required anything else just speculation but people still fall for random posts
 
We are going to BM. We will not be putting a spade I the ground before 2018 at the earliest so why would there not be short flexible leases in the meantime?
It's possible but that would represent an unusually short industrial lease. There are 3 units so possibly 3 tenants all paying legal fees, moving costs etc and agreeing to break clauses to be enacted within 1-2 years?
For when exactly would the break clauses be inserted as we simply don't know if and when EFC would acquire financing, pp etc?
The more I think about it the more difficult what you're suggesting seems. There is at least one encouraging thing though. 5 months ago these units were for sale. Now it's just to let.

Hey Mate, I truly hope that is correct. Players aside it is a new ground in the right location that will see the club through this century.

Absolutely but finding good industrial tenants who'd be agreeable to such terms would be pretty difficult I'd imagine.
The details on request and flexible terms they mention are the same with their other properties in the area.

Everton should take up the leases and use the space for fan car parking and run a bus service to and from GP.
