It's just smoke and mirrors mate it'll never happen why would we be spending money on doing up Goodison LOL.

I wouldn't say a few LED lights and a bit of cladding is spending money for a premiere league club, and if reports are true we wont be moving into a new stadium until the next decade at the earliest, so we still have about 4 years left a Goodison.

Because it takes a few years to build a stadium and Goodison needed a face lift.

Good find Connor. Encouraging that it focused entirely on BMD and mentions details like unesco. Obviously comes from Meiss.
Having said that, 'studying a site' doesn't claim it's any further advanced than we were already aware of.

Not very interesting but a director at Liverpool Waters does say, "Bramley-Moore Docks... is a prime location for music events and we look forward to welcoming more events similar to this in the future.”
Doesn't seem to fully tally with trying to find an industrial tenant for this space.

He's not had any design experience with English stadiums though (and very little with European stadiums for that matter - his Roma design, still unbuilt, is his only work this side of the pond I think).

Probably a good thing if Esk is right that he's doing a bit of research.
