Pretty much this, it's at the earliest stage possible on Barbour, no main contractor or consultant appointed etc.

I'll check there main competitor Glenigans and see if they have the same information ( I'm guessing yes )

Yes that cost is only for the infrastructure does not include the actual stadium cost

So the whole land is valued at £200m? Or its worth £200m to something? Dunno. (But by know, thats obvious)

I think its an estimate of what potential contracts could command. As I said, speculation without detailed plans to cost.

As soon as I seen this I asked my mate who works with barbour for projects he manages. He sent this to me and is highly sceptical.

To be fair he sais such a high profile development may carry a level of confidentiality and it wouldn't be uploaded to their public documents.

I'd love it to be true. A game changer if so.

Highly doubt the club nor peel would allow this to be uploaded to somewhere it could be accessed by the public, this will be for the main project leaders only

Totally agree. Planning etc has to be published as it's in the public interest to do so. However such a high profile job will almost certainly carry a degree of confidentiality. Money talks and if money decrees that it's not in the publics interest then it won't be a public document.

I'm ignoring my mate and I'm a believer.

It's just been blasted all over the internet on a ripped bit of paper, but this is more likely to be true than the Company's own search engine?
