New Everton Stadium

A bowl has better functionality for further use when we had a retractable roof to it.

I'm sure you'd love see Rihanna on a Friday night and the mighty Blue the following Saturday lunch time.

Valerie Park in the snow is a beautiful sight.

How about this then.

Now I like that look, but move the outer tier to above the bottom tier so the crowd are closer to the pitch, then gives a smaller stadium footprint but would be more intimidating with two tiers all the way round..

Can i be the first to run this story before our new ground gets built (stop laughing at the back)

A mates, brothers, dad's best mate did the building on the new Goodison,

He's only hid an LFC scarf, programmes and a LFC home shirt in the foundations hasn't he!!

The Bluesh*te will be furious when they find out lollollollollollol

I was in involved in the building of the new centenary stand at Anfield, and I can tell you now there were numerous Everton shirts put in the foundations before the concrete pour by Evertonians who were working on site.

The first step then is negotiation of additional corporate "partners". With a state of the art large stadium and hospitality this will come.

There are lots of large employers in the north west and else where that can use our stadium for conference events and so on.

24/7 revenue.

I think we can boost revenue by 30m a season all told. Assuming any more might be too risky.

That gives us plenty of scope to fund a stadium and boost our general budget after I'd say 5 years.

Remember 5 years + in, we will have to pay less back per season as net interest due declines.

So the hill is virtually climbed within 5 years after we are in walton hall park.

Based on the Kirkby Model,
We had to sell 47,000 seats every game to generate £6m profit,
Assuming this will be pretty much the same deal, stadium capacity wise and with very little scope for additional commercial activity.
How can we possibly boost revenue by 30m,
I'm not being funny mate by the way.

I reckon we would have new owners within two years if this goes ahead.

Wish we could build on Staney Park, that'd be perfection. Why can't we? I mean, surely the RS don't need their planning application any more seeing as they are revamping Anfield.
