North Wales Yacht club will be going to the supreme Court so we're looking at a 5 year delay sadly

This is purely opinion but I would say any protests would struggle. The project clearly has the backing of the council and it is in a part of the city that is going to have major redevelopment. Given the amount of work that will be happening in the area the infrastructure will surely be put in place to make it feasible without disrupting things too much.
