The day after tomorrow.
You will have found that both charges were wrapped into one that meant that the subsequent charge included the original charge and subsequently the release of the latter charge removed both.Beg to differ. If that were the case the original charge to JG would be the one satisfied surely?
Oh dear .....obviously you two wools love Morrisons .......don't forget the lube ....I'm sure you two will need it !
Welcome to the big boys playground mate.Sorry ...........actually had to take a moment to evaluate how stupid this poster @orly is.....but hey @Donald Twain ..........if you want to show these clowns up ???........
-60000 seater stadium at Bramley Moore Dock.
-4 stands, all enclosed, rectangular shape, brick exterior based on the dock warehouses.
-Stadium design will win awards and cause amazing levels of red jealousy.
-Surrounding area will be redeveloped in very similar fashion to the planned Roma development, featuring retail and leisure.
-Bramley Moore Railway Station is a certainty to be built, inserted on the Northern Line between Sandhills and Moorfields.
-Goodison Park site will not be sold to a supermarket or anything like that and will instead be turned into part residential, part Everton In the Community free school, part local community leisure facilities.
-L4 area future secured with a meaningful lasting legacy.
Thursday's announcement will probably be the BMD site purchase by the club and not much else, although an initial new stadium design teaser may be released too.
So we're waiting 48 hours again?
Probably responding to all the chimps contacting him on twitter....The announcement should include designs, we have known Meis has been involved since last August! 8 MONTHS! surely the designs are in place by now?
His first visits were over a year ago, WTF has he been doing?
Full model and video at a minimum, none of this "statement the land is bought" nonsense
Lolz ........so glad you said boys rather than MEN.....Welcome to the big boys playground mate.
Seperate charges against specific income, read the charge document and the definitions of "receivables" and "stabiliser payment" on both documents. You will have found that both charges were wrapped into one that meant that the subsequent charge included the original charge and subsequently the release of the latter charge removed both.
The main thing is Moshiri put money in and paid off £54m of other loans which was the entire balance of other loans both due within and more than 1 year. As per the FY16 financial statments. Hence the reason why this will have removed both as we don't owe them any money!
You've quoted someone on Twitter who then goes on to say announcement not for a few months.
So which do you think?
Is the above just your opinion or are you throwing your hat into the jarg ITK circle?

My post wasn't based solely on that one person's opinion.
The inclusion of his tweet was to indicate that a well known international journalist and Everton author, with massively strong links to the club, has strong belief that it is happening.
As opposed to this jarg too-cool-for-school needless relentless boring pessimism that passes for "realism" in this thread by numerous people.
Oh. Did we announce that we're building? Or that we've bought land? Or that we're close? My post wasn't based solely on that one person's opinion.
