New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Was built a while ago. The pound is weak now. Land costs have risen etc etc etc Basically pointless in comparing this to our new stadium.

Adjusting for inflation, it would cost close to 400 million to build today. Can't take land costs into account as I don't have them available/can't be arsed googling for them. Purely 400 million for the stadium though and it's one of the world's best. 350 million ain't getting far off them.

It certainly won't be 'bang average' by any means.

Something like this would be perfect.

Elstone must be crapping it right now ..." ohh how do I show this in a graph ?.....do they know I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to finance ? "........=makes a call to Moshiri......"help".....Moshiri answers "don't worry about it ......Joe A has a new job for you on LCC thanks for all your help ..leave it to the professionals"

:bye::bye::bye:

Seeing as Usmanov/Moshiri/USM will likely be supplying the materials/further money from naming rights, we can expect another mates rate on that.

350 going a long way.
Agreed which is why i def do not think it will be a bang average bowl... we will be getting a better stadium at a cheaper price...
