I'm not sure anyone has asked the important question yet...
Is John Branley-Moore a blue or a kopite?
Wound my RS mate up this evening, mentioned the fact that we will have built 3 grounds in Liverpool, that they have only built a loft conversion, and that having won a title at Anfield we then turned it into a public convenience before moving to Goodison. I offered to sell GP to the RS so that they could actually experience some atmosphere at which point he got a bit iffy.........
Hahaa Lets face it. Even if our new stadion at the docks would be made out of Gold they would find the way to spin it for the sake of their own mental states.
Obviously a Blue....think He died before they were spawned...I'm not sure anyone has asked the important question yet...

Erm, we'll have paid it off after 40 years, so there is no 'price'. I think. The only point which I don't understand is after the 40 year lease period we have the option to buy the stadium from the lender but I don't see any detail on this price? If it's massive, and we don't do it, I presume we enter another 40 year lease arrangement?
The local kopites will benefit. They're just in the minority
All the major news outlets going with the 50,000 capacity.
That would put us below: Man Utd, Tottenham, Man City, West Ham, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Newcastle.
Utterly pathetic. The club need a serious re-think on th capacity.
All in all, I'm a bit underwhelmed.

How many times it has to be said....thats not the final number. And even if it would be you would have to see the whole picture before fuming over this lolAll the major news outlets going with the 50,000 capacity.

Actually it's £300m over 40 years isn't it, not 30. Therefore £7.5m pa capitalThat has confused me a bit. If we borrow £300m over 30 years, the capital repayment on that is £10m per year, then add the "sevice fee" to LCC which is £4m per year (there's your £14m per year), but this still hasn't take into account the actual interest repayment to the lender (which I'm assuming would be around the £8m per year mark based on it being a "preferential" rate??).
I put nothing past our board when leeches like Elstone, Woods and Kenwright are on it, mate. It's just a figure, nothing set in stone. Wouldn't worry about it
