No mate. He's took on our debt. Tomayto-Tomahto.
You asked for the part where I said 'stands to'...I provide it...and you're still not accepting.
There's no helping those who wont help themselves.
Yes, because all things remain the same all the time.
They could better.

Would love a stadium which could convert into a athletic arena.
I see the Commonwealth bid as a unique and positive step for Everton plus a chance to create a longstanding historic event just like the World Cup in 66.
This coat £1.3 BILLION tho but imagine that roof looking out across the Mersey and oh course, blue seats!

The 80m is only a loan, he's gonna want that back.Firstly, he's already put £80m in.
Secondly, a comparison with H&G? Really?
They 'bought' the RS with £7m a piece and leveraged the rest of the purchase price onto the club i.e. LFC was paying the loan that they used to buy the club with. Where's the correlation?
There's no repayment schedule on the loan, and as and when he takes full control I fully expect him to convert that into equity anyway. The 80m is only a loan, he's gonna want that back.
H and g used a mortgage to buy the club. And got the club to pay the interest. Which is not great, but meant , what, a million a year the club was paying? Moshiri if these figures are correct is gonna turn us and stuff 200m into his pocket in a coupe of years.
The issue is that he's taken 200m out of the club without putting a penny in, so clearly the club was undervalued and ripe to be taken over by a savvy operator looking to make a fast buck. He walks away once the stadium is built and stuffs 200m in his pocket. I'm shocked that everybody is happy with that scenarioThere's no repayment schedule on the loan, and as and when he takes full control I fully expect him to convert that into equity anyway.
The RS were paying off the £178m that H&G borrowed from RBS to buy the club. The repayments were over £21m a year.
There's no correlation with Moshiri whatsoever. If Moshiri does end up selling the club on for a profit then it'll be because he's added value to it, and therefore what's the issue?
So just totally ignoring the £80m?The issue is that he's taken 200m out of the club without putting a penny in, so clearly the club was undervalued and ripe to be taken over by a savvy operator looking to make a fast buck. Fair enough yes when he gets paid back his loan that would come out of the 2oom profit he's made in 3 yearsSo just totally ignoring the £80m?
