Speaking of lights, Meis designed Safeco Field in Seattle and they were the first MLB team to install LED lighting in a stadium. Although they were added after the initial construction, I'm curious if we will get them too.

Remember that Everton had to install more lighting at Goodison before their last time in the Europa League. Are there different lighting standards between the FA, the Premier League, and UEFA? That would be irritating to deal with. Hopefully LEDs could cover them all.

Many of the lighting requirements are set by the broadcasters. With the use of super-slowmo, a lot of clubs had to upgrade their floodlight systems, us included, as the refresh rate was causing flickering on the pictures, it was really quite noticeable.
