I’m actually starting to feel more confident that this is going to happen.

I doubt any of the stands will survive, other than maybe a nod to Leitch and that. But the actual footprint will still be an integral part of Everton, the area, and the Club.
It wont be an Ikea anyrate.

I can remember as a kid in Goodison and rivers of urine running down the terracesYou must be well off as well, the expense of travel to London, ticket, eats and finally the cost of peeing on the wall, like it Mate.
But in 5 years time none of that on the wall of our new stadium! Take a lemonade bottle with you which is what we used to do in the days of crowded goal ends.
If I take out a 100 Euro credit union loan or a 200,000 Euro mortgage there is a riskDave complains about the club not progressing, and when we try to, he has to try and put his negative spin on it. The club cannot win with fans like him, he seems to have this desire to find fault in almost everything about the club.
He loves using the word risk to make the project sound negative, or as if it is about to fail. You could use the word risk in association with any major project including all new Stadium builds. Anyone would think he doesn't actually want to see a top class Stadium built at BMD so he can continue to be negative in pretty much every post and say 'I told you so' to those on here he enjoys winding up.
Funnily enough all over Europe cities are trying to get people back living , working , shopping and socialising in the city limits and away from the suburbs and their urban sprawl and huge shopping centres as cities were becoming ghosr towns but Liverpool will be an exceptionI say possible because I dont know for sure if there will be a development that threatens other local authorities and runs a coach and horses through a regional plan that's been agreed - no one does at this stage. That side of the scheme has all been vague, and I reckon that all surrounding authorities will be nervously casting an eye over a five billion pound venture that could suck a lot of consumption over their borders to it and eager to find out what is planned. At that stage we could see a lot of opposition. It's dependent on the mix decided upon. If there's a lot of retail, for example, how could that not impact on surrounding authorities?
Mine tooBeen my narrative from pretty much Day One. Mayor Joe knows it too.
I visit Liverpool 5/6?times a year and have done for the last 35 years ( some years less )6.3 million in 2016.
Interesting. Didn’t The Times claim that Moshiri was going to stump up the rest?Joe Anderson today saying that Moshiri is going to be putting the difference between the council's £280M and (what he describes as) the near £500M required for the stadium build. That's quite a statement to make.
He also said that EFC would be charged the £7M in interest rate and LCC would get another £1.4M in business rates off the club per annum.
Oh, and Everton have been trying to buy back FF from the council but it's earning £240k per annum for LCC so he wont budge on selling it back.
About 31 minutes in....Interesting. Didn’t The Times claim that Moshiri was going to stump up the rest?
Where is this from, btw?
