We need to build past 60K.

The RS will have their ground at 61K for the 20-21 season with the Annie Road End expansion.

No point spending all this money if we build a ground smaller than them,has to be 65-70k range IMHO and have the biggest and best stadium in the city.

Looks amazing. Tottenham really have become the club to aspire to be. Proper business plan, great young team and one of the best managers around.

Most of that area will be a business led district rather than retail. The retail area is already at Liverpool One.
