There's absolutely no chance of this happening. As somebody on here mentioned, this fans feedback thing is a mere box-ticking exercise to maintain their People's Club image. The stadium will have a capacity that sits within its likely relatively cheap budget.

It's not even an Everton thing, they will basically block any attempt at regenerating what has been for a long time a derelict site which no-one uses or cares about who live here. The vast majority of us would prefer big developments happening but we'll get cut down buildings that look rubbish and ruin what could be a world class waterfront, all because people from outside the city want something to look exactly how they want it despite them almost certainly never wanting to live here. If UNESCO are so worried about the development of others then perhaps they should be asked to put up the same amount of money to develop the area or have them find the investors willing to create their vision.
The reality is that UNESCO have been ignored in places like London because the city is powerful enough to tell them where to go when they try to block investment. While you can understand them being worried about certain things going on in the city and specific areas especially there's got to be a point where someone actually stands up to them and questions why they're going so much out of their way to prevent development on land that would otherwise sit empty and public access continue to be restricted anyway.
