But safe standing is where you have the option?
"Safe standing" is an area with specially authorised rail seating. This is just regular seating with a hand rail. It's officially classified as a seated zone.

If there are big bars in the way of an eye line you would have to stand I guess.....Nope it's not classified as a standing section. It's going to have just the regular seats installed here with the hand rails as an extra. So it's not rail seating or anything like that and seats can't be locked upright.
The tickets being sold for these areas come with big warnings that the people in these areas should expect some people to stand.
Little known fact that our new gaff has hand rails installed already using the loophole in the rules. Sections of our ground have hand rails and normal seats at the same time. The area in this pic is the away fans section which has the hand rails installed already for any of you planning to go to the away game this season.

Offiicaly fans will also be ‘expected’ to sit. Personally, it’s a fair preparation for when it becomes legal.Safe standing incorporates a seat which you can at any time fold down optionally - Sprus are basically just doing the rail seating but with the classic seat as opposed to the rectangle ones the actual safe standing incorporates.
According to Forbes and hundreds of other sources. But you're right, you know much more about financials than ForbesHas he?
Sounds easy Dave....lets do it.*Cough*

No chance of this happening politically.
I suggest Everton either get private backers right now or stand this project down.

Gee, Forbes must have missed that in their assessment, better phone them up. Let them know they need to drop his number based on the super-serious-for-real information you've got!Yeah, we see his "billionaire" impact on this stadium dont we? All the pull he has with fellow billionaires.
18 months into this we have zero investment.

Just the basics that most other credible stadium plans from other clubs have in place, but our owner continues to pull the wool over the eyes of loads of people with none in place.
Hahaha, just gets better....very droll.
However, here you are supporting and giving credence to a man who's only plan to get a new stadium built is to rely on Joe Anderson to loan the club £500M.
You've been had off mate. And you're not alone in that.

Or it could all still be moving forward, slower than anyone would hope, but it is getting there. One of the two.
