It's a couple of hundred metres to the right if your looking from the river.
The doughnut shaped building is meant to represent a cultural building , similar to a Royal Opera House or a new home for the Philarmonic.
BMD is the northen bookend of the entire LW footprint. So it will be to the left of the doughnut looking from the river.

Have to admit I am at a bit of a loss to understand all this. Can see where BMD is but what are the plans for the green bit of docks?

Yes. Albeit these are still only mock-ups, the buildings nearest to the stadium are (a) not as tall and (b) residential rather than office/hotels. Is there less appetite for large scale office buildings than was originally conceived? And now a shift to resi rather than commercial type buildings?Yes, the buildings we built around the waterways as per the post by @The binman chronicles
