Not sure exactly when but I do feel it will happen. In the little chat our CEO had the right word for this, a flagship site and an iconic place to play football. Our neighbours will be pig sick when it does come about.
Any ship and it's passengers and crew entering the Mersey will see a football stadium with the name Everton emblazoned on it.
It is unlikely that I, or Eggs, Joey will be around to see the our neighbours fade away in their red shed.

Those big dock walls that keep out a billion tons of water aren't just sat on the muddy river bottom, they must be fixed to the sandstone shelf the whole City sits on (and a lot is built from)
So drain it, sift the mud for all sorts of archeological goodies that must be in there, then tank it.
