Barry Chuckle died not long ago, sorry to break this to you.I like how you posted this and Dave instantly liked. The Chuckle Brothers are alive and well.
Love the beer garden in the front.
Where are you getting these figures fromSee I don’t think that’s true. When I said ‘loads of people’ I just meant our fans, on here and twitter etc.
I don’t think the average person on the street has any idea about capacities to be honest. I certainly don’t. I know arsenal and West Ham are both about 60k but I’d have no idea if they’re 58 or 62.
If we build a state of the art, amazing looking stadium on the waterfront with a capacity of 57k, the average person will think it’s absolutely boss. There’ll be some geordies and kopites who go on twitter and say it’s small time and a load of our fans will lose their heads because of it, but most of them will never step foot inside it anyway so who cares.
Where are you getting these figures from
Our midweek attendances In Europe were below 30,000 (this was before Koeman was under pressure )
People just expecting another 30000 fans to come out of the wood work, get a grip lads.
The corporate seats is where the money is, but there's not much demand for that here
League cup Southampton another one barley got 30,000 through the door.
So I don't know where people are getting 60,000 from, people just looking at the top 6 teams and thinking if they can do it so can we, they have the demand we havent.
50,000 is suitable but why pay 500m for 10000 more seats, hence why next year this whole thing will be scrapped
So Man City and West Ham both move into brand new stadia with less than 60k capacity, and after a few years decide the time is now right to expand. You are of course correct, we should do the same.West Ham have also agreed to go to 66k. So that’s United, City, Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, and West Ham all with 60k plus capacity or plans to go to it. Yet still there’s Everton fans trotting the line of ‘capacity doesn’t matter though’. It’s just an odd coincidence that any club with ambition in the league has or is planning a stadium of that size.
......just like you thenDan Meis is so unprofessional and one of the biggest attention-seekers going.
I suggest you look at his previous work. It won't be Ibrox.

What's with all the RS fans on this thread it's pretty ridiculous. I come on to see news an Everton fans thoughts about are new stadium not bitter comments.
How so?......just like you then
