New Everton Stadium

No, it was like no visitors allowed in there, guests only

I'm sure they'll sort something out for match days when it's eventually built, they'll be missing out if not

Then again, it's an exclusive hotel and I'm sure there will be enough built for us by then.

In the survey they mentioned a fan zone, hopefully it's an upgraded version of the one we have now with a massive indoor pub like Spurs are doing with that 80m bar.

I suppose it's down to the image they want to portray mate, a few hundred Everton fans singing while pissed mightn't be what they are looking for, as you say, they're an exclusive hotel.

..it’s not only opposing teams and staff that utilise the Titanic Hotel, but I understand newly transferred Everton players reside there. I can’t see it being open to non-residents on a BMD match day.

At the moment the hotel is an old Rum warehouse, but plans are in place for it to expand into the old tobacco warehouse opposite. The rooms are stunning.

I was thinking more about building an external venue or function room (separate entrance to the hotel) that will be able to acommoate the match day fans, and also be used for other events.

Anyway, I'm not that bothered, there will be pubs and bars build next door and I'm expecting a decent fanzone .

Nicest hotel rooms in town, particularly if you get one of the ones with the big bench seat windowledges. Great breakfast too.

I think Lookman still lives there.

I saw the peoples project advised they're going to re purpose the accumulator tower.

Clearly as it's listed it was going no where, not sure what they can do with it as it's pretty small - maybe convert it into a pun like the pump house?
