New Everton Stadium

With the 10 Streets development coupled with the Stadium and Warehouse then it would be a massive boost to our local economy. Just hope it manages to go through

The boost to the economy will be absolutely huge, certainly if everything that is planned, even beyond the 10 streets etc. goes ahead. The waterfront development is a game changer, and we are a major part of that. The development and its potential is so huge that it will effectively be pulling the centre and the focus of the city northwards, just by virtue of the fact that the city centre's northern boundary will start with us rather than Pall Mall.

it's april 2023, we're out of both cups and sitting 8th in the league with CL out of the picture, we have 3 home games against Bournemouth, Brighton and Norwich. I honestly can't see us filling a 60k stadium for those games. Or Europa games against unpopular European teams or lower league league cup opponents.

And?? We don't have to fill it every game.

Barry Chuckle died not long ago, sorry to break this to you.

*crosses fingers* :eek::p:D

This is a joke, don't take it the wrong way pls!

Someone pls post that on RAWK :dance:
Who cares what Carragher says? Wish the club would stop trying to push him on us.

Kopites??

The last 5k seats are the most expensive. They'll look at the cost/benefit analysis and if those seats aren't full maybe 90% of the time, they most likely wont build them.
I'd love a 60k stadium but I'd prefer a futureproof stadium that'll mean the club can operate within it's means.
I'll take a packed 55k over a 61,878 with 7k empty seats any day.
