New Everton Stadium

yay! .. another survey, we must be getting close :hayee:

Following the first stage of our formal public consultation and as part of our commitment to engage with Evertonians on our new stadium project, we are inviting you to take part in a Transport Survey.

Your responses to the survey will be invaluable as we seek to gain a detailed understanding of how supporters intend to travel to a new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.

The findings of the survey will help us to deliver our ‘Transport and Access Plan’ and inform our designs and planning application for a new stadium.

Need a hot air balloon, starting from Pall Mall, estimated journey time 80 days - London supporters only.

Make sure you fill in the survey.

In the comments at the end, ensure you highlights how you want a fanzone in the stadium like Spurs, but stress as much as you can that you want a roof that will shelter you during the games

I've just filled in the travel survey. Goes into a good level of detail especially being able to put your post code in so at least they'll be taking us wools into consideration as well.

Very important they get this right hopefully everyone puts in what is required.

I've done mine. I asked Santa Claus for a new train station (which would be by the canal locks at Great Howard Street and the Tobacco warehouse) as well as a new stadium. And 3 points on Sunday.

I'm glad someone else noticed. I remember going to the first NFL game at Wembley and the whole of the lower tier at one end had to head for the concourse as the rain was coming down diagonally. That roof looks far worse to me, some people are going to get wet!

I guess they have done that to try and let as much light on the pitch as possible to help the grass, but I hope ours has a bit more shelter. Colder up north!
It’s funny. There was a cricket game in Perth last week and they closed the top tiers. Everyone was complaining that they had to sit in the lower tiers where the roof doesn’t really protect them and they all got sunstroke as there was no shade.
Sort of the same situation.

Indeed all of us that have either been in direct sunlight or when it is lashing down with rain know it is no laughing matter. Of course we are more likely to get the rain here, but it is a good point about the sun. The goalies might be needing a hat when we do eventually get some, I hate those games as it is just another thing to go wrong and it usually happens to us rather than the opposition.

Is this an old survey because every time I click on the link it says I've completed it or ive timed out

I detest this club

Which begs the question why do you devote so much of your time contributing to this forum?
I'm NOT being flippant here BTW, it's a serious question.
If something in my life made me as miserable as Everton seems to make you, then I would walk away. You are like many people were in the 1930's and 40's who were stuck in loveless marriages and just 'endured' their life instead of enjoying it. It's so easy to get a divorce these days Dave. Move on and enjoy your life.
