What a tremendous clip that is by the club, proper excited for Thursday now and for once I think we will pull it off. Gonna hurt so bad though leaving the Grand Old Lady, got so many memories of her that I still dont really believe that in a few years shell be gone.

Yep. And it's not even just the stadium, the whole matchday experience is going to change. I'm going to miss going The Elm before and after the match with me old man, seeing the arl fella every week outside Lulu's selling his programmes, I'll miss walking up the stairs in the Lower Gwladys and the view taking my breath away each time and making me feel 4 years old again. Horrible but necessary. I hope Meis smashes it out the park, but Goodison will forever be our home.

The mast & wave part is just a small section and certainly not the whole height. It's kind of hard to tell how it would sit / where. But it's definitely curved from the base up and then the roof curves down just like a wave would.
The face of the wave there is a beam running across, though it's hard to tell from the photo angle, it looks like in between where that roof ends creating the wave face and the beam going across that would be where the Leitch lattice would be.

I am a Kirkdale lad, so obviously it will seem mega strange to me, not having our ground literally on my doorstep. But I do believe it’s overdue, Goodson is like a mega comfy, but rather whiff pair of trainers. Still has a bit of retro chic going on, but in reality should have been sent to Valhalla some time ago!
