Not that I know squat. But. Change your way of thinking.

IF, and I concede it is a big IF, he, LG, is vaguely interested in the club, (think he is btw), and he, and perhaps some like minded associates, could see the attraction of owning an all singing, all dancing, multi purpose arena in Liverpool.........you know, like a property investment with a football club as a long term tenant. #westhamstadium

I can see some logic there, if not the reality.
 

Look what's going on in the milk market (a major business interest of his).

One reason why he won't go near Everton at this time.
