As for trusting Moshiri you do realise that it usually isn't the role of an accountant to go out and secure funding. Securing funding is about wooing people with presentations and selling them on your project. For that you need a flamboyant salesman not a staid accountant.

Only when a deal is brokered it comes into fact as in November 2017.

Moshiri as I said specialises in making money ( for which he has made billions for USM and his partners) I'm sure he will have all the right people ensuring its the very best finance deal available.
He's certainly no theatre impressario fumbling his way through the world of finance now is he.

You are missing the point. The Bramley Moore deal was reported as being a done deal in August 2016. It wasn't reported as being a possible deal it was reported by the Echo and then Anderson backed it up on twitter.

As for Moshiri I would love you to show me any evidence for Moshiri making USM money.

In August 2016 Anderson issued his infamous the 'Moore the merrier' tweet, by December 2016 the Independent was stating that Everton would announce the Bramley moore dock as it's new home in 2017. It was the worst kept secret in Football.

Please show me anything that shows Moshiri as the brains behind USM or how he has made them money.

Erm, not quite right. He's an accountant, he minds the money for the people who do make it...though he may have a few contacts
 

How long do the council have to review the planning application before they have to make a decision?

I’ve read that large/complex projects can take up to 13 weeks to review but don’t know if a stadium is a whole different ballgame.

If it goes in December, hopefully by Spring we will get the go ahead to start the build.
