I believe it’s at the front of the Princes Dock.

I'd say minimum of 25 minutes. 35 minutes for the likes of me. It's as far from the city centre as The Rotunda is heading north.

Not been down the dock road for years? Whats on all the land at Trafalgar Dock? That seems to be the area most ripe for development between where the Cruise Terminal is and Bramley Moore.

What an amazing job the club have done with this. I really couldn't be much happier with it.

Never mind Ancelotti, I can't believe we're pulling this off. What a victory for the club, landing a waterfront location. It's going to boil so much urine as it gets built and the press coverage of the build starts and how boss it is dawns on certain people.

Isnt the plans for their to be bars and retail etc on Nelson Dock?

I wonder if that development will start around the time of BMD or later?
