I'm not sure this is a rumour. I think a few have suggested it would be a great location, nothing more

I was told about this last week from someone I have no reason to doubt.
So I googled Everton Clarence Dock, lots of info on there, even goes back to 2009 when it was looked at as an option.
Its not the only site we are looking at tho.

There's an unwritten contract between the 2 clubs that we must hold their coat tails and walk 10 paces behind.
When Kendal won the titles they gubbed us in cup finals as Moyes got 4th they won the CL, if we get 4th or 5th they'll win the title. I pray for the day a Mansoor comes and we demolish them as City have with Utd.

Genuine movement on our stadium will only come when they've had a few years ripping the pish in a shiny redeveloped Anfield.

Now in terms of the size of the uk/whole world the Liverpool waterfront is close to Goodison but i've got a feeling that when the club released quotes a while back that they had identified a site close to Goodison they literally meant close to Goodison (In Walton) - a site that Kenwright said he'd love, the only obvious space available near Goodison is Walton Hall Park unless somewhere in the other direction in Kirkdale is available. I dont think the waterfront is on the cards.
