New Everton Stadium

an area like Hackney Wick near to West Hams ground would be decent. Old factories/industrial units converted into beer halls etc. Anywhere within walking distance between sandhills & the ground or town & the ground etc they'd do very well.

The fan zone area is massive. Would have loved a huge in door beer hall there instead of standing still freezing like our current fan zone.

Only the Bramley Moore pub really atm, got the likes of the Invisible Wind Factory not far that will likely make the most of its position between the ground and town. A few other smaller warehouses/event spaces in the ten streets area that will likely do the same, expect alot more bars etc to open up in the ten streets area over the next few years, also whatever ends up on the other side of the stadium will utilise its position with bars & restaurants.

Interesting to see how they manage the roads when the stadium built, can be hectic getting a taxi to/from BMD when theres an event there now and thats only with less than 10% of the people there that would be going to a match, wouldn't surprise me if it would be quicker to walk.

Not for me, it wouldn't. Talk on other sites about trackless trams being the next big thing. They would be useful

I’m assuming the new tram system in Manchester isn’t trackless as they’re on a track.

Just googled and they make sense although not sure how reliable it can be? All it takes is a wrong turn and you’re ripped off the power source.

Getting visions of those trackless trains you can get from side of the Disney land to the other.

Not sure if you meant big thing for our city, but it’s currently being researched into the other Liverpool on the other side of the world.

Apologies, one sourced advised they need over head power but it turns out they’re battery powered.
