Docs 1.webp

Filling the dock and removing marine life was interesting, the bit about making sure marine life not re-entering the dock reads;

To ensure the marine life does not re-enter through the northern entrance to BMD in advance of the infilling procedure, a bubble curtain will temporarily be installed.

I bet a bubble curtain is nowhere near as interesting as it sounds.

And people wondered why it was so complex and we were taking too long to set it all out.

I've only read the document about filling the dock so far and it sums up just how big a task the whole thing is and how much work must have been involved prior to submitting these plans.

A purpose built boat used to rake the dock and then 2 months where they essentially just have to let it sit and settle before infilling. It's all a lot more interesting than I thought it'd be.

If they need someone to sit and watch it settle for 2 months, I'm your man.
Sounds ideal job that.

I commit to read and understand each document, one at a time, not moving on until I fully grasp the previous one.

By the time I finish, I’ll be sat in my seat in the stadium.
