Think its poor from the club that - for me both Dixie's statue and the wall should be taken to BMD.
Only a matter of time before they get graffiti vandals around the area tarnishing it.

Statues can get damaged wherever they are unless you put it in a cage overnight. Dixie, Howard, Alan and Colin did their work at Goodison so I don't see a problem with leaving them there. It will always be Goodison even without the stadium.
I don't deny the ego aspect but ultimately they have to be profit making. We have seen at Chelsea and City that the limitless spending stops after some time and the demand for profit kicks in.
City have sold 10% of the club for 500m and have already probably recouped most of the money spent by them.

I too am in favour of the statues remaining at Goodison. Let’s hope one day we’ll have futur legends with their own statues at Bramley Moore.
If you strip away everything from Goodison then over time the legacy will be forgotten.

It does say on the OS (on the stadium page) that they are looking at relocating the Dixie statue and the holy trinity statue to BMD, but I guess the wall is a bit different because the people who the wall remembers went to Goodison, not Bramley moore. In terms of vandalism, I know the Dixie statues was vandalized before but I dont think the wall ever has. I would imagine there is CCTV there if not, I think the club would maintain that wall even after we move.
City owners have already sold a 10% share for 500m.
That's not making money though is it? They've put I dread to think how much more than that in.
1.3bn in loans, plus around 150m a season in dodgy sponsorship deals.

I disagree... Although you're right to raise the concerns about vandalism.
Dixie and the holy trinity statue belong absolutely at goodison... Their true home.
Perhaps we can commission new statues for BMD. Perhaps on the walkway outside the ground we can have 15 or so former greats. Would love to see the cannonball kid immortalised

And I'll try to make sure I get down to Goodison everytime I'm over to Liverpool.
Speaking about Goodison and a bit off topic, I wonder how many of the pubs in that area will survive without Everton.
If they sold 10% for £500 million that values the club at £5 billion though, which they haven’t got anywhere near putting in to it up to now.
Not that it matters, I personally don’t think they’re in it to make money.
