New Everton Stadium

If they sold 10% for £500 million that values the club at £5 billion though, which they haven’t got anywhere near putting in to it up to now.

Not that it matters, I personally don’t think they’re in it to make money.
Yeah obviously the value of the club has increased, but there’s no sign that they’re intending to make money. It looked like the suggestion was that they’d made money by selling shares, just clarifying that they haven’t.

It was 13% and only £265 million , it valued the city group ( all its teams ) at £2 billion all part of making them bigger in China

I disagree... Although you're right to raise the concerns about vandalism.

Dixie and the holy trinity statue belong absolutely at goodison... Their true home.

Perhaps we can commission new statues for BMD. Perhaps on the walkway outside the ground we can have 15 or so former greats. Would love to see the cannonball kid immortalised

Whilst they should be left at Goodison, once we move not many fans are gonna go up that way to view statues. We don’t have the same type of fans as Liverpool where you see fans taking pics outside the ground daily.
I don’t they will be appreciated as much as they should and would be at BMD.

In my opinion copies should be made and put in place at BMD because these players are part of Everton FC’s history and Everton FC will be at BMD.
But it is entirely sensible that their exploits at Goodison be recognised as part of the legacy that Everton FC and its most famous sons were the life blood of the locality for so long. Can’t possibly be that expensive in the greater scheme of things.

The recent plans for Goodison uploaded to the councils website, did include both statues still in there place, rightly so aswell really.

We could easily have new commissions of them or new variants at BMD don't see any logic in having them removed.

(Annoyingly I cant find the Goodison plans on the council website now, can anyone link them?)
