The serious lack of communication from that board is ridiculous, sort of rewriting or blankness from then remind of dictatorship leaders. We know we have no/little money to build a stadium why do they treat fans like kid with white lies. The lack of honesty and communucation bothers Me more than the actual lack of progress. Are they afraid of us or don't care about us. There is almost like a Russian government tactic with the constant silence and brewing contradictory misinformation. The propergandaish mural of martinez may be a clue lol

I haven't actually seen any of the agm and posted this passionately without checking so correct me if I'm wrong, I think there is something fishy going on here (no [Poor language removed] sherlock) and we let then get away with it too easilly when everton play well.

It's not about ownership, it's about money. We have none. If we got new owners, who provided proof of funds to the council, we could crack on.

Would still be a long haul, but agree with @hallamblue and @The Esk that a change in ownership and availability of funds if linked would allow it to go ahead.
Just to stand everything on it's head now, who are the other partners in this deal (social housing retail etc) and if known have they come out and said that their funds and plans are in place?
