Good to see the car park has gone, replaced with a seated plaza area which should give some great views of the Mersey

Got a bad feeling they'll be dragging this through opposition and reviews for another good few months yet.

The Government will be all for the plans in light of the pandemic but no chance of PP being granted now in October - more likely December at the earliest.

12 months on from submission is a joke and the club should be hammering LCC/Unesco/Heritage England over such a hold up.

Does this mean PP will be delayed further past October or was this delay based on the objections from heritage england?

That lot should be told to sling their hook. They ignore the value of the new stadium to the economy of the area and as a catalyst for more development.

Quite a big change to the riverside stand but I think it's for the best in general. Looks a lot cleaner and more symmetrical now.

The idea, imo, should be to get people to flock to the riverfront during the other 346 days a year. A good seated patio bar or something could have been amazing there and quite the draw, especially for sunset.

LCC are a joke - "decision expected in Spring no wait the summer no wait October oh actually December"

12 month consultation covid or no covid is poor from the Council and wouldnt have happened if it was the Kopites.

The club need to stop being so understanding and hammer home the financial implications these delays are having on the club itself.
