Personal thoughts on this.....

Club are happy to sit on their hands here. The truth is they (and us) don't understand the long term impact of Covid on Football, how the PL will unfurl over 5 years, along with how and when fans will actually come back.

I have zero doubt the club could show a far more aggressive approach to authorities, suppliers and Heritage bodies, but the hold up suits them, they dont have to lay a brick until things become clear.

i am confident the stadium will get delivered, but I think the club are happy to delay til things become clearer & shrugging shoulders, saying "we are trying but Covid etc etc" suits all parties

Sorry mate but we been building this stadium how long now?? We bought the land, What 2 years ago And it’s going to be another 6 months at least till we start building it and that doesn’t include if the government get called in... which is another 6 months on top.. mimimum

I'm hoping they can still incorporate the Leitch design in the interior - even if it was a clever video display around the stands - a physical version would be great though. The original criss/cross design on the Bullens is so iconic and make Goodison truly "Old School"

Yes because its the clubs fault there has been a global pandemic... if designs are materially changed, like this, they have a duty to consult on them. You do realise that right?
