They never even started looking at it until 20/02/20 even though Everton lodged planning application on 24/12/19. Everton then changed design for a 2nd time in Sept 2020. They had already changed it to incorporate a MSCP which made it look hideous & lop sided. Why all the consultation with stakeholders & still cock the design up?

I wouldn't say years with the amount of vaccines getting rolled out, i think (hoping) we could start next season with 50% capacity.
