United fan just said the same thing. He said can you imagine the kopites building a waterfront stadium, that will create 15k jobs and regenerate a whole area. They’d have a whole programme dedicated to them.

Said today to my dad, bit weird that for the first time today we went into the ground for one of the last times - Mostly likely only 70-75 home games left at most? 57 minimum.
