From the video I think it is the the left of the warehouse. The other one is Nelson Dock I think.

Don't want to sound pedantic but you need to extend the plot line on the right so it touches the water in Nelson.

Granted not the easiest thing to draw on a mobile phone.

Do I recall right that during the Kirkby stadium debate a site near CostCo near the city centre was rejected out of hand because it would involve too much preparatory work in a restricted area. Can only have been a fraction of what's needed at BMD.
