New Everton Stadium

Looks like the reds have already been down to Bramley Moore to show their delight.

Nothing there completely bare or in our case a big empty space full of water so we had to create our own ground level.

What you're doing is amazing, but now the land has been reclaimed it should (touch wood) be a fairly simple build.

Of course, we didn't have to refill a dock and compact new land to get started, but building three quarters of a stadium around an existing one which was still in use on a very cramped site was a pretty amazing (and not inexpensive) feat. We definitely built a new stadium "from scratch"! I watched it happen. lol

As I said, Arsenal had to build between railway lines and rebuild a £60m waste recycling centre they knocked down, as well as digging down a fair way because of council height restrictions.

The project closest to yours in this sense is maybe the Olympic Stadium. It wasn't an infill as such but they had to entirely rebuild land between two waterways with new material because the site was so contaminated (read: radioactive).

None of the big four constructions we've seen for PL clubs have been simple projects. Far from it. All have been very impressive in their own ways.

Exactly right. Every major construction project has its own challenges. This was expensive, but not necessarily hugely challenging in an engineering aspect. I'm not downplaying it here, as it is amazing, but it's a challenge that has been faced and solved on a number of occasions, in times well before ours. Every project will raise new issues, but they should not be measured by the cost of their hurdling. Spurs stadium was hugely challenging due to spacial restrictions and it being a 'live' site for large periods, similar to how it is over the park. Emirates faced huge issues with the rail tracks.... you wouldn't belive the Hoops that have to be jumped through to satisfy Network Rail safety protocols. For example, a crane can't be used if it could potentially fall onto a line at full extension, that's incredibly restrictive to positioning and lifting protocols. Even down to final equipment positions in the building.

As @RobSpurs says above, now that the ground has been compacted and prepared, it's a relatively simply build. Good access, good clearance, uncontaminated ground.....
