They filled that in quickly.
Aye just the Bell End left.
I wonder if that's where the St Enders will be rehoused

Inside the construction of Everton's stunning new £500m stadium
There may still be frustration at performances on the pitch and confusion over the way the club is run off it, but Everton fans do have one big reason to smile at the moment.www.dailymail.co.uk

Can you tell me what you mean by this? Maybe I'm misunderstanding you?

lolKeep up man. This is from 22 OctoberI didn’t know Dan Meis was back on board in a ‘guardianship’ role

Nothing there completelt bare or in our case a big empty space full of water so we had to creat our own ground level.

I see what you mean. Our stadium will be built on what is essentially reclaimed land. Not from the sea exactly but from the river, almost.
What you're doing is amazing, but now the land has been reclaimed it should (touch wood) be a fairly simple build.
Of course, we didn't have to refill a dock and compact new land to get started, but building three quarters of a stadium around an existing one which was still in use on a very cramped site was a pretty amazing (and not inexpensive) feat. We definitely built a new stadium "from scratch"! I watched it happen. lol
As I said, Arsenal had to build between railway lines and rebuild a £60m waste recycling centre they knocked down, as well as digging down a fair way because of council height restrictions.
The project closest to yours in this sense is maybe the Olympic Stadium. It wasn't an infill as such but they had to entirely rebuild land between two waterways with new material because the site was so contaminated (read: radioactive).
None of the big four constructions we've seen for PL clubs have been simple projects. Far from it. All have been very impressive in their own ways.

Tbf, the whole dock system was built upon reclaimed land.
