Quick shot of the test seats they've put in. There are photos I've seen somewhere of them (I think on the EFC site) and I like the look of them. Plastic, moulded, individual seats. Look like they will be far better for us fatties than the ones we have now.
I know it's getting built mate... I watch the progress every day from my office window.

Until this week I was certain it was happening. But this isn’t it getting built. This is the first phase.
im really worried about the funding to build it being available right now.
My opinion is it will go ahead no problem. A positive opinion it may be but still an opinion just like the negative ones. I am not privvy to inside info just like the negative ones.................basically I don't have a clue what is happening but can see that work has not stopped so until work is halted I will stay positive and say it is happening rather than do negative speculation pretending to be a smart ar8e and try to make everyone glum for no reason

We used to go to the Sunday Heritage market opposite BMD until it closed. If you weren't there early doors it was a ball ache to park. What will be the score with people travelling by car to the game. Will the housing estates up past the Chinese Supermarket towards Scottie road be chocka and residents going mad? Will we see even more double yellows in the area?

I think it's got to a point where I he stadium will continue to get built, even if you plan to sell Everton, you will get more interest in buyers with the stadium done and prob break even.

We have an owner who can afford to pay for it himself, perhaps he is selling assets to raise cash to pay for it, that way we wont be saddled with unsustainable debts no matter what league we end up in.
It could also be a good business decision, made £30m on the Liver Building... Right buyer at the right time.
I mean I guess this is important but at the min I don't think anyone at club gives a rats ass due to our situation.

Realistically, there needs to be the best part of £500m of cash available to pay for the stadium . Does he have that much cash? I very much doubt it.
