The steel framework is starting to give a sense of how big the stands will be compared to the pitch. It's going to be massive.

so if he funds it, then sells the stadium to another company who then leases it back to everton, is the money raised from the sale of the stadium available to be spent on players etc?

Any money will end up in a pot marked 'F. Moshiri' not one marked 'transfer fund'

….amazes me how something requiring microscopic precision can be made to look so easy. Outwith the external build is all the infrastructure that has to be factored in as this is going up. A mass of mini-projects in a huge building programme must take some Co-ordinating.

It is absolutely staggering. Imagine staring at a dock full of water and thinking lets build a football stadium there.
