those wind turbines look really dangerous…..
Reminds me of the Aviva stadium. It just looks like a half empty vessel.
Terrible.that’s hideous that is!
Tbh, I'm not a great fan of that sandstone dock wall. That could do with coming down. It isn't a very flattering angle for the stadium rising up beyond it. The new stadium shouldn't be hiding its light under a bushel, with visitors only getting a view of it once through the gateway. Yes, leave some part of it in place to emphasize continuity with the rest of the dock wall - underlining what the site once was - but not all of it.
Let's hope not...Reminds me of the Aviva stadium. It just looks like a half empty vessel.
that’s hideous that is!
I wouldn't go as far as hideous but I've always thought its an odd looking gaff.Terrible.
I was amazed it holds over 51,000.
Sounds horrific.Let's hope not...
Aviva atmosphere needs to improve; Ireland and UK likely to host Euro 2028

That's what I'm worried about.
I'm only now convinced the stadium is getting built so these issues are new to me.So you can't stand the wind turbine, don't much care for the Sandstone Dock wall, hate the fact that it's called Bramley Moore Dock.....even though it is actually is Bramley Moore Dock. Why don't you just get on the blower to Peel, the Council and maybe that Moshiri fella and just tell them straight Dave after letting them know who you are first of course.
'Kinell that's it lads back to the Kirkbydome .
I'm only now convinced the stadium is getting built so these issues are new to me.
Great location it's in and it will be eyecatching for that, but it's fair to say we haven't got a design that fits the bill.
It won't be hidden though. Have you ever been down there? It's hardly the wall from Game of Thrones.Absolutely ridiculous. Paying £500M down there and stimulating about a billion quid of regeneration and we have to hide the stadium away.
The irony of you replying to that post is not lost on me young Matthew.that’s hideous that is!
Some of us deserve League 2. Everything from takeovers to a 500million quid stadium on the banks of our city is just not good enough. Liquidate us at once. Some of you deserve the Kirkby Tesco-Dome
He’s just fishing mate, stadium will be fine. And to be fair that will be about right for him, fishing in a filled in dockIt won't be hidden though. Have you ever been down there? It's hardly the wall from Game of Thrones.
Trust me it will be fine.
I wouldn't go as far as hideous but I've always thought its an odd looking gaff.
