I'm all for it, Ralph the dog is even more excited.

It is a big chunk but then again this is a company that still has vacant plots on Princes Dock. I'm extremely sceptical on them developing up to BMD.

That can’t be just the park. That red area is over 20 acres and the echo article originally said the park would be 5 acres. Something doesn’t add up…..

I thought the article said park, Office building and apartments?

It'll be the bottom left corner of that red area posted earlier, so NW of those new apartments with the multicoloured lights.

You could do yes. Here's a couple of pictures from the very north of the park site, you can see the stadium in the north looking one.

Dawned on me earlier. We need to qualify for the Champions League this season to have a chance of playing Real Madrid at Goodison ?

Maybe Don Carlo will bring Real to play a friendly to open the stadium

The red line usually denotes the extent of the planning application site, so it will include the park and buildings in that development plot.

Neither. It is the owner of the land (peel) that decided to do this.
