Should post that image again with a full size pitch, no point using a 5 a side one.The east and west stands look like they're going to be massive. Excited to see what facilities they have.

i think there was an application for a hotel just by Sandhills Station but it was refused by LCC .No idea why.I would expect any uplift for the area to start next spring. If anybody is thinking of building hotels or converting old warehouses into bars and restaurants etc, I think they should be thinking of starting next year if they want things to be finished by the time the stadium opens, certainly big jobs like a hotel.
Joking pal - given the historic claims it’s too small for a pitch…..Its off the official website mate.
I remember him saying he wouldn’t stand in the way of a new stadium. Maybe had second thoughts now.Talking of TT was told the other week he was offered 5m to relocate, true or not I don’t know, or if he’s excepted it or not.
I think it was knocked back because they wanted to demolish some historic warehouses. I'm glad it was in that case. I'm all for new build on brownfield sites and for all the historic stuff to stay and be done up. That way it still feels like a dock area on the west side of the dock road.i think there was an application for a hotel just by Sandhills Station but it was refused by LCC .No idea why.

He’s gone. I was in Bramley moore the other day and had a gab with someone in there.I remember him saying he wouldn’t stand in the way of a new stadium. Maybe had second thoughts now.
Like the tobacco warehouse there's buildings with serious regen potential, but there's a few that could do with being knocked down.
Mainly the shed looking ones, the ones built by brick should stay.

They said as soon as Everton made TT an offer he accepted. He has bought another yard further down the dock road.
So they were saying that Everton essentially own the land where Terrys Timber yard is? Interesting if true. He’s gone. I was in Bramley moore the other day and had a gab with someone in there.

Yeah. I agree. When I said west in my post, I meant east, obviously. Just as well I don't go to sea.Like the tobacco warehouse there's buildings with serious regen potential, but there's a few that could do with being knocked down.

Always happy to help my son.Cheers mate, didn't know that.
Yes, I won’t give the source away in case it’s not true obviously. But as far as I am concerned it was a very very good source. The club bought the land off him? That's pretty big imo. Hopefully not just going to be a car park.
