New Everton Stadium

I do wonder how they will do seating into the new stadium.

With only 2 years to go you would hope they are preparing it, would like to see some sort of plan very soon, really wanna keep "my seat" going forward.
I imagine it would be quite straight forward to move people's seats in blocks, that way you get people who have sat next/near to eachother for years staying that way... Important for continuity.

There's the other argument though of people who might be desperate to get away from who they are currently near ?

I got given my seat as soon as the build started.

Inside the centre circle they've given me. Fortunate yes, but it does mean I can't go the toilet until half time

So is that entire Green section on main stand ALL hospitality?

Big section if it is. I fancied being on the water side but not at those presumably higher prices?
I'll be swapping sides, too. I'd guess you'd get a good view low down on the east side, though, due to the steepness of the stands. Handier being on the east side as it's nearer to the dock road. Could save yourself a soaking on a winter's day.

I reckon its going to be mixed levels of hospitality. I'd imagine a chunk of it will be priced somewhere between main stand season ticket and our most basic hospitality.

Let's say a season ticket today costs about 30 pound a game, if they can squeeze...... 50/60/70 (or whatever it will be in 3 years time) out of 5'000 people for nothing more than exclusive bar access and decent food for sale they'll sell out pretty easy.

It looks like most of the other lounge offerings will be in the west stand too. It's where I'd hoped to move to (in Top Balcony right now) so I'll probably go to East Upper for the easy escape at full time.

Sure it's where the media will be based , the teams changing rooms , referees rooms , both benches will be there , plus a fair chunk of hospitality boxes.
So it won't all be hospitality mate.

I’m right on half way line in upper Bullens currently so the new East stand would be the closest fit for me. Which I may end up trying to obtain unless some seats in West are ‘normal’ seats.

Seems mad that more then 50% of West stand (going by the images) all of which are central ‘half way line’ locations are only going to be hospitality though.

But I guess money talks, and people will be prepared to pay more for them.

Yeah and as I said, they won't all be 'full hospitality' either.

If you remember back to the consultation they did they mentioned about 6 or 7 levels of 'corporate' could be offered.

If they can convince some season ticket holders to pay the equivalent of a walk up single ticket per game for some perceived benefit, no matter how flimsy, they're onto a winner.
