Has anyone got the breakdown of the different capacities of each of the stands? I'm sure there was an overhead graphic at some point that showed them all, but I can't find it.

Right @tommye I've tidied up my numbers and this is what I've got capacity wise lol
South Stand 13,000
North Stand Lower 2,818
North Stand Upper 5,778
North Stand Lower (away fans) 2,079
East Stand Upper 7,446
East Stand Lower 4,970
West Stand Upper 6,537
West Stand Lower 4, 626
Total 47,254
Leaves 5,634 which will be part miscalculation by me and some corporate sections which will make the total
52,888
So when someone's says a stand is too small, or how big is a stand in comparison to stadium x, y or z we'll know that approx capacity is
South Stand holds 13,000
North Stand holds 8,600
Away end holds 2,079
East Stand holds 12,400
West Stand holds 11,100
Then there's 4/5k miscellaneous I haven't accounted for to make the 52,888
Absolutely bang on TommySmall compromise in the long run. Beats moving folk out their homes and schools and ripping the heart out of a community for a few extra seats on a couple of stands.
Plus we're used to being next to the city's biggest shitpit so it'll be comforting in a weird way.
I had no idea the biggest stand was the one behind the goal. Must be pretty rare in the days of all seater stadiums.
I think the south stand incorporates the corners. The east and west just the straight stands alongside the pitch. They are all the same height. Probably explains it.I had no idea the biggest stand was the one behind the goal. Must be pretty rare in the days of all seater stadiums.
Last set of accounts had matchday revenue at a shade undef 12m from memory, definitely in the lower quarter of the league. (EG, Southampton and Brighton on earn considerably more than Everton)Can someone shed some light now what is our current match day revenue and what will be the tentative match day revenue . i just wanna get an idea of what is the approximate jump in revenues, coz u know money matters lol

I'd imagine with the premium seating at BM and increased capacity they'll be looking at at least 20m? I think we'll just scrape into top half matchday revenue table despite the inevitable price hikes that will be debated for dozens of pages. (the argument of value for the hikes is valid, the hikes themselves isn't.)
We are a relatively 'cheap' club to support.
Well, to capitalise on that we need a first class commercial team to drive it.If the facilities are as good as they should be and cater for everyone's pocket, I'm expecting match day income to shoot up considerably. That's only part of the story though, as the facilities will be in use more than just a match day. The location, given time, will become a destination in its own right (something that could never have happened regardless of any redevelopment/new build at Goodison). I think the stadium will have people spending money there every day of the week.

YAWNA small compromise would be something like paying UU to re-route their traffic flow on that side of the boundary (they have a big enough road on their side of the dividing line). It would not be sacrificing the look of a stadium and the loss of thousands of seat capacity.
Make no bones about it: this is a massive compromise. Imagine LFC in those circumstances. They'd have placed massive pressure to get their way.
Everton's planning application was designed to make no waves and accommodate with third parties.

We have grown used to Denise crowing about 'record deals' from sponsors that barely register when compared to our rivals.
I agree with you, the lounges should be in use most days of the year. You'd imagine some of them will be easily converted into a space suitable for presentations/seminars. It needs a dedicated team that knows how to sell those spaces on non-.match days to North West businesses.
Evertons planning application was designed to be successful. Had they pushed for something more who's to say it would have been granted ? And then, you would have been proved right and the stadium would not have happened !
