Could it have been added after the meeting my mate had about the stadium with the club - I assume there will be loads of spaces/offices in the ground and they just hadn’t decided where to put it?

At the beginning, all of the digging is due to the services (water, waste etc) all has to be on flexible.connevtions to take into.a count movement between the infill and the 'outside of the dock wall'. There will co tinted to be movements fkr a long time yet, so that must be taken up be flexible connections. It won't effect the building because that is supported on the piles through to bedrock.
